★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view and the location were great. I'll add one more star if it had coffeemaker and good kitchen (the stove didn't work properly). Pillow cases had some spots. Besides this, the place is cute, has great views, the beach is gorgeous and everything is quite and peaceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great vacation at the Encanto and Luna Blanca facilities @ Rocky Point. Great quality time with family. Fishing and golfing by the sea of Cortes were fantastic! Definitely at least an annual visit! Thank you to the Kivoya staff for all their personal attentions getting the groceries to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! The apartment had increíble ocean views. The pool had direct access to the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, perfect to share with friends or family. It had a bathroom in each bedroom, great for privacy. You get access to the amenities of a great resort close by. We went there for dinner and the food and the services were great. Overall a great place to spend quality time with family or friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent almost $500 for a 2 night stay and there was a recepticle hanging out of the wall. The shower was stopped up and before the shower was over the water was almost up to my knees. There was 2 channels on the tv, the air conditioner leaked out onto the kitchen floor. There was a foul odor in the air. We tried to get even a partial refund but the lady I talked to at Kivoy was very rude and hung up on me numerous times. I had to use a different number just to get her to answer. When I finally got her to talk she said there wouldn't be any refund. I warn you this company false advertised this unit and must of put up fake reviews. I'm going to post this on Google and every other travel site I can find so no one else has a vacation like my family had.
