Pablo was amazing! I was having a rough time with the resort and getting things organized. He was upfront & transparent about cost ect. The set up was beautiful and for the first time I can say it was just like the pictures :-)! I’d recommend highly recommend this company to everyone! The only thing I would say is I had hoped for a bit more privacy- there was a crowd when we arrived that made us a bit awkward.

Pablo and team were so wonderful to work with for my proposal. Pablo helped me plan months in advance. Furthermore, he was always available to help me whenever I had questions via phone and WhatsApp. The day of, he setup the designs perfectly at a cenote. He made our special day even more magical. I proposed to my girlfriend last month in Playa Del Carmen. I looked for vendors and was eventually referred to KL Design, and I couldn't be happier. Pablo was very professional, helpful, and responsive from the first interaction I had with him. The options I had available to me allowed me to curtail the whole experience for my fiance. She was extremely impressed that I was able to put together something that fit her design aesthetic so perfectly, KL made it super easy. Every detail (photography, food, etc) was taken care of with amazing results. Overall could not be more satisfied with the experience. If you plan on proposing in Cancun, Playa, or Tulum, this is by far the best recommendation I could make.

I absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about KL Designs in the Riviera Maya. I Had to plan my wedding in the states all by email and Pablo was so responsive, nice and thorough right from the very start. My wedding decor was BEAUTIFUL SO SO BEAUTIFUL. I had so many people asking who I used and they raved about it for days and days. What about the service? They were on time and it was one of the HOTTEST days of the year the fact they all worked so hard in that heat to make my wedding as special as it was meant the world to me. My decor was so affordable as well I can't say enough good things KL Designs they have my strongest and highest recommendation you will not regret hiring them for your next event and they also specialize in engagement proposals as well! Planning a destination wedding can be daunting; especially when your main form of communication is via e-mail and Whats-App. Luckily, Pablo and KL Design Events came as a recommendation from our wedding photographer, Silvia Miculeanu of Romad Photography, and I thank GOD he did. Pablo and his wife are EXCEPTIONAL humans; so warm and friendly but also so incredibly talented. They took our inspirational photos to create our ceremony backdrop, signage and photo wall and made it EVEN BETTER than we could ever have imagined. They communicated promptly, were flexible even as I added items two weeks before. Now to anyone looking for reviews because you are not sure if you should book this place or not , I have some news for you. LOOK NO FURTHER AND BOOK THEM. I was looking for the perfect place to propose to my fiancè for over a year and I found nothing. I wanted to do something different that was not done before and every other place I see was the same old boring stuff. Then one day I stumbled across K&L Design and I messaged Pablo to see what he had to offer, not only was he excellent with communication and answered my long list of questions, he even answered them over and over again. I approached him with a idea that I did not even think was possible He worked hand and hand with me to bring this idea to life ! and the magic that he achieved on that day was even more beautiful than what I grafted in my head. He went above and beyond and has a team of elite professionals that made sure everything went as planned. He planned a beautiful dinner for us on a private beach with a romantic table and dinner set up that would put any fairy tale to shame, next there was a "surprise" fire show with performers that would put any vegas act to shame, then in the middle of the show Pablo instructed me its time and I go on one knee and popped the question. My fiance cried, jumped and flipped and said she never in her life ever seen anything like this, not even in the movies. I want to thank Pablo from the bottom of my heart for putting together a once in a life time experience that is unlike anything else I have ever seen! If you are looking for different, if you are looking for pizzaz, if you are looking for special, LOOK NO FURTHER !

My sister’s now fiancé wanted to propose to her in Tulum with a beautiful setup. As soon as I got in contact with Pablo from KL Designs, we instantly loved the setups and quality. He helped bring our vision to life to make sure everything was perfect for that moment. Not only was the setup beautiful, but he did everything possible to make sure everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the weather was something we could not control and we had to work around it, but Pablo remained calm and professional and worked well with his team to ensure everything was ready on time.
