When I arrived in Puerto Vallarta March of 2020 I needed to get my resident Visa card and most people I talk to were giving me the wrong information. Each Foreigner depending on what country they come from has different processing. I did not want to deal with anything on my own and KL Mexico was fantastic. From getting on a plane to seeing someone at the Mexican consulate office in Las Vegas to coming back and finishing the processing whatever it was they took all the stress and the hassle out of everything for me . Maria and all her staff are so professional they speak English. They set up all the appointments at the immigration office in PV I just renewed for 3 years. I did not want to keep going back to the States every 6 months on my passport and I purchased property here in Puerto Vallarta and if I ever decide to sell it one day I don't want to have to pay capital gains tax and you need a resident card.. if you need any immigration services or have any questions about your status contact this office don't go anywhere else don't listen to anybody else.

Maria and her team are amazing. They came recommended to me and I could not be happier. They took the time to walk through all of my options regarding residency and provided their opinion regarding best outcome. I had the opportunity to meet in person and via zoom when I was out of the country. Maria was so patient with me and took the time to make sure that I understood the process. She reviewed my paperwork prior to my consulate visit and guided me regarding the interview. My immigration officer here at the consulate in Chicago even commented on how well prepared my paperwork was. Once the visa was secured in my passport and I entered Mexico, Maria had me scheduled immediately to meet with immigration to finalize my process. She accompanied me as well when I went to pick up my card. I highly recommend KL Mexico. Their hands on approach and professionalism were so appreciated as anytime you are interacting with any government entity can be stressful. As I received RT, I will continue to utilize KL Mexico for any renewals needed until I obtain my RP.

After contacting 2 different law firms in Puerto Vallarta and not getting any response, Maria's office was a breath of fresh air. The receptionist quickly understood our situation and provided more information than we had received from our other engagements.
