★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les compré un sofá cama y todo bien , cuando solicite retapizar me tardaron más de tres meses y aparte de mal quedados lo regrese tres veces dijeron me entregarían uno nuevo y al final fue el mismo y sin reparar , termine regalándolo y compré en otro lugar , me tocó muy mal servicio
I bought them a sofa bed and everything was fine, when I requested to reupholster it took me more than three months and apart from being badly returned three times they said they would give me a new one and in the end it was the same and without repairing, I ended up giving it away and I bought elsewhere, I got very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les mandé hacer una sala nueva la cual no tardaron mucho en hacerla hasta ahí todo bien, solo que cuando me la dejaron estaba emplayada al retirarle la proteccion tenía daños, los cuales dijeron se repararían se llevaron un sillón y me lo trajeron solo maquillado el daño, no se los recibí, se lo volvieron a llevar y me la trajeron ya reparado al decirles que otra pieza estaba dañada, me respondieron que platicarian con el proveedor y después ya me bloqueron las llamadas y no contestaban en ningún número.
Si compran ahí revisen bien las cosas antes de que se vayan los que Les entreguen.

Espero que por está reseña no me cancelen mi garantía... Que apenas comenzo..
I sent them to make a new room which did not take long to make it all right, only that when they left it to me it was plastered when removing the protection it had damages, which they said would be repaired, they took an armchair and they brought it to me only with the damage made up , I did not receive them, they took it back to them and they brought it to me already repaired when they told them that another part was damaged, they answered that they would talk to the supplier and then they blocked my calls and did not answer any number.
If you buy there, check things well before those who deliver them leave.
