★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *PÉSIMO SERVICIO* No entregan en tiempo, tienes que estar detrás de ellos para que te entreguen. Cuando se dignan en entregar es porque ya estas haciendo la demanda ante la PROFECO. NO COMPRES CON ELLOS!! El gabinete que pedí me lo entregaron descuadrado y 3 meses después de la compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El primer gabinete que me entregaron estaba descuadrado y golpeado en la parte inferior (aunque aparentaba estar bien empacado), para aprobar el cambio me tardaron como 3 días entre fotos y solicitudes internas. Una semana para que lo retiraran y otra semana y días para entregar el nuevo que esta en buen estado y es muy funcional. La pintura es buena aunque presenta detallitos estéticos, y me hubiera gustado que tuviera mas puntos de soldadura el gabinete. Podría ser recomendable pedirlo sin armar y lo entregan con la tornillería necesaria. Su atención es buena así como el producto, pero su personal de logística no pareciera tener disposición de participar en los cambios y devoluciones de manera expedita.
The first cabinet that was delivered to me was out of square and beaten at the bottom (although it seemed to be well packed), to approve the change it took me about 3 days between photos and internal requests. One week to remove it and another week and days to deliver the new one, which is in good condition and is very functional. The painting is good although it has aesthetic details, and I would have liked the cabinet to have more welding points. It might be advisable to order it unassembled and it is delivered with the necessary hardware. Your attention is good as well as the product, but your logistics staff does not seem to be willing to participate in changes and returns in an expeditious manner.
