I went to have two bags cleaned. They broke one, they sewed it wrong and they did not tell me when I picked up what they had done. It was an expensive sack that I bought in Liverpool. :(

I had no problem with the good laundry service but they never answer the phone that appears and they close a few minutes before the scheduled time

More than 3 years taking my clothes there weekly and I have never had any problems, apart from the human quality of the staff is impeccable.
