★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KLM has the WORST customer service of all airlines, even though it is one of the most expensive ones!! The contect numbers are imposible to get through and once you get the luck of being answered, the agents are the most rude, unhelpful and unwilling to do ANYTHING for you. They are unaccountable for any of their awful behavior and they only say i won´t help you, do as you please. They even hang up on you once they are tired. And the spanish speaking agents are even worse. I really can not comprehend how they are still operating. OF course they don´t have any office so someone can help you in person, not even in the airport, and I´m in MExico City, one of the biggest cities in the world. Please, do NOT travel with this people. They take your money since they make it impossible for you to change any credits due to the pandemic. They should be sued.

A lot to say from unpleasant and unfriendly staff, No answer from the customer Service 30 hours before the flight and the stop in Liberia which was Really anoying together with reperitive sadzy procedure.
Bad Service for such a money.
Other chapter for a food with a small and a taste of plastic. Bon apetit.
