El 2do me fallo tambien y no me quisieron regresar el dinero, aguas con sus politicas I bought an "original" skeechers watch and I failed after 3 days and they changed it. The 2nd one also failed me and they didn't want to return the money to me, waters with their policies

Se los recomiendo, me mostraron todos los relojes que pedi una y otra vez hasta que me decidí. I went here to buy my boyfriend's wedding gift, I bought a Fossil watch. V	Vanessa Fierro Salgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses compre un reloj Sketchers en el local de Plaza Galerías en Chihuahua , el reloj solo funcionó unos días, regresé para hacer el reclamo y la única solución que me dieron fue elegir otro, por el cual pagué una diferencia de 150 pesos más, el cual solo funcionó un par de meses, regresé para hacer el reclamo y me daban la opción de elegir otro reloj háganme el favor. Pedí la devolución del mi dinero y me dineron que no se podía, pedí hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que nadie de los clientes podía con el gerente, que en todo caso mandarían mi caso a cdmx háganme el favor. Ni me regresaron mi dinero, ni el pago de diferencia, no me hicieron válida la garantía y como no funcionan los relojes no me queda más que decir que son piratas, que no son originales. Fatal atención!!!! Pero ojo con sus políticas de garantía y reembolso, ya que si compras con ellos te hacen firmar que no hay devoluciones. También con el tema de la garantía el cliente es la persona que lleva el riesgo, ya que ellos no estarán dispuestos a hacer un cambio físico, aun y cuando los compras con ellos y están nuevos. A mí en lo personal me hicieron esperar casi 2 meses para recuperar mis lentes, un tiempo de espera que no dice en ningún lado. No los recomiendo ya que sus políticas de reclamos devoluciones y garantías son las peores para el cliente. Considero que es mejor comprar tus lentes con la marca que te guste desde su propia página de internet. Así si salen defectuosos o algún problema como los míos, las empresas te resuelven en máximo 2 semanas. I bought some glasses with them and this was my experience. Pésimo servicio, pésima política de garantia, pésimo lugar para comprar lentes, al menos que quieras te duren 5 meses. $5,000 pesos BOSS frames, which only lasted 6 months, they did not bend, they were not stepped on, they fractured just by wiping them with a towel, klokke refused to check them, much less replace them, because the bill of sale was lost, even so showing with the serial number of the lens, payment statement etc from the date of purchase.
