★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local se ve pequeño la verdad pero muy completo en cuanto a la variedad de herramientas que knova tiene en su catálogo, si llamas por teléfono sin muy amables y disipan dudas; aunque es preferible en persona.
The place really looks small but very complete in terms of the variety of tools that Knova has in its catalog, if you call by phone without being very kind and dispel doubts; although it is preferable in person.

Solo están en mostrador esperando que uno vaya con lo que quiere y ellos cobren. Por ese punto mal y a la fecha no ha cambiado su actitud, asumo que son "solo trabajadores" y el que trabaja es el tiempo.
Act: March 2022 Good place to buy your tools. The staff is not attentive, nor does it seek to help you find what you need. They are just at the counter waiting for you to go with what you want and they get paid. For that bad point and to date their attitude has not changed, I assume that they are "only workers" and the one that works is time.
