He tenido mal servicio en cuanto al servicio por teléfono. O siempre esta ocupado, o nunca contestan.

Si quieres comprar algo y está disponible en la tienda, adelante, pero si tienes que pedirlo prepárate para esperar meses a que tu producto llegue.
The brand is very good but the attention in store is the worst.
If you want to buy something and it is available in the store, go ahead, but if you have to ask, be prepared to wait months for your product to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio al cliente tanto de Jesús Fernández, ventas CDMX como de la gerente de la sucursal Celaya, Jaqueline Álvarez, excelentes personas, me gustan mucho las herramientas de esta marca y manejan otras marcas de mucha calidad. Definitivamente recomiendo más la compra física que en línea, pero todo es excelente!!! Si llegaran a tener alguna duda, escribanles y de inmediato se comunican.
Excellent customer service both from Jesús Fernández, CDMX sales and from the manager of the Celaya branch, Jaqueline Álvarez, excellent people, I really like the tools of this brand and they manage other high quality brands. I definitely recommend buying more physically than online, but everything is excellent !!! If you have any questions, write to them and they will communicate immediately.

La nueva locacion es muy accesible y facil de encontrar, antes ya habia escuchado de esta tienda, mas me era dificil localizarla.
Tanto el local como la nueva presentacion lucen excelente.
