Excelente lugar para venir y comprar tours y a ser viajes para conocer otros sitios como ,cenotes ,lagunas ,parques de aventuras y parques en donde relajarte y asta sorprenderte

Fui a Isla Contoy y a Xcaret con ellos. La atención del personal fue muy buena, tanto en la agencia como el personal de las embarcaciones! Gracias por ayudarnos a compartir una experiencia increíble junto a mi familia! ♥️

Lamentable el profesionalismo de sus dos promotores de ventas, buena presencia y pauperrisima memoria (Carlos y su compañera italiana). Compre en efectivo y al contado un paquete de snorkel al museo maritimo y arreciifes con almuerzo incluido en playa tiburones. Pague un total de U$D 210- me dieron un recibo donde constaba el total de lo abonado y una discriminacion de 93 y 117 dolares que nunca supe que era. Me presente al otro dia en la agagencia con mi grupo familiar (6 personas) mostre el recibo y un señor mayor nos llevo al embarcadero, e hicimos el viaje ( Todo excelente, capitan, guia y almuerzo, Felicitaciones para ellos) LA SORPRESA DESAGRADABLE: Al dia siguiente, parte de mi familia paseando por la petonal saludan simpaticamente a los dos promotores de ventas y ohh sorpresa, se escucha por parte de ellos " ahi estan los argentinos que se fueron sin pagar". Desubicadisimo y falaz comentario frente a toda la gente. Mi hija ante el reclamo me llama por tel. y yo a punto de bañarme salgo rapidamente para la agencia a aclarar el hecho. A pesar de relatar con lujo de detalles como se habian desencadenado la formalizacion del pago, fue necesario recurrir a la camara de seguridad para comprobar el mismo. Todo altamente desagradable. Que es lo que les hace perder la memoria a estos chicos..........???????? El viaje y los muchachos de la lancha de diez!!!! La agencia: INPRESENTABLE, 0 PUNTOS.

Estuvimos con Miguel...encantador!!! en todo momento ayudo a mis dos hijos de 7 y 9 años a nadar con los tiburones. Muy simpático y agradable. El capitán del barco también, creo q se llamaba willy. Gracias a los dos!!! Pero quedé descontenta porque nunca me enviaron las fotos!!!! Q supuestamente nos habían hecho....y ni siquiera nos dieron ninguna explicación...a pesar de estar mandándoles WhatsApp cada dos días durante un mes...yo por pesada hubiera dado alguna explicación

An excellent place to book your excursions had an awesome day going to the whale shark activity it was awesome the next day we book reactivity to Isla contoy and it was also amazing thanks to these guys I had an amazing trip with my girlfriend highly recommended do not do it with any other company I've done it once and had the worst experience in other places but thanks to this agency I had a wonderful experience this year visiting Isla Mujeres...

This agency gave us incorrect information for our pick up time for one of the Xcaret tours. We fell behind time and had to find other options to get to the Xcaret booking agency which cost us money and obviously time. My advice dont waste your time or money with external companies and book directly with the company itself.

My Girlfriend and I decided to go to Isla Contoy and, passing in front of the agency, we dropped in and asked for info. The guy seemed nice and at last we decided to buy the isla Contoy trip with them (they were offering the trasportation with yacht). Long story short: the day of the trip we have been on the yacht for 5 minutes only. After the stop in Cancun they made us change boat, much smaller, unconfortable and with plenty of people (total 2 hours on this one). The guys on the yacht said we didn't have right to stay onboard and blamed the agency guy, while the guy from ko'ox agency said that the yacht guys made a mistake and just kept blaming them as well. We payed for a yacht trip and we recieved something completely different. Of course we asked for refund (at least the difference between a standard boat and a yacht trip) but the ko'ox agency guy was very rude and just kept blaming others for the inconvinient. Don't go with these guys!!! It's a real FRAUD!!

In my opinion they are not a good agency to booked tours with. We booked a tour to Xplor and was given incorrect pick up time which means we were waiting for a shuttle to pick us up when it actually had passed by earlier. This caused us to be extremely confused about the whole situation and stress. We called them and they told us to grab a taxi and to take us to another location where we had to grab a tour bus from. It was a complete mess. The park xplor is very fun but try to book with a trusted tour business and check the reviews so you can avoid a headache like us.
