★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi hidrolavadora a reparar un martes, quedaron en llamarme al día siguiente,(nunca llamaron) yo llamé el miércoles como a las 5:30pm para que me dieran la cotización de la reparación, la señora que me contestó dijo que sólo habían desarmado pero que el técnico no dejo ninguna cotización que en cuanto la tuviera me marcaría (cosa que no hizo nunca) llegó el viernes y volví a llamar pero está vez con la SORPRESA que ya la habían reparado (ojo...sin mi consentimiento y sin pasarme una cotización previa de la reparación) a lo cual fue mi sorpresa!!! Fue para mí algo de mi desagrado ya que la reparación era de una suma considerable (solo imagínense que lo que dejen a cotizar para una reparación cueste más de lo que piensan invertir para repararlo y les digan que ya lo repararon afectando tu bolsillo???) Para mí punto de vista estuvo MUY MAL el reparar sin consentimiento previo del cliente y que jamás me marcarán pará ver el costo, SOLO LES RECOMIENDO QUE AL MOMENTO DE DEJAR SU ARTÍCULO A REPARAR ESPECIFIQUEN QUE NO DEBEN REPARARLO HASTA TENER LA AUTORIZACIÓN DEL CLIENTE CON UNA COTIZACIÓN DEL COSTO DE LA REPARACIÓN!!! Yo por poco y me lanzo a la PROFECO para levantar una denuncia sobre lo ocurrido, pero vi que sólo iba a perder mi tiempo!!!
Take my pressure washer to repair a Tuesday, they called me the next day, (they never called) I called on Wednesday at 5:30 pm to get the repair quote, the lady who answered said they had only disarmed but that the technician did not leave any quote that as soon as he had it would mark me (something he never did) he arrived on Friday and I called again but this time with the SURPRISE that had already been repaired (eye ... without my consent and without stopping a previous quote for the repair) to which was my surprise !!! It was for me something of my displeasure since the repair was of a considerable sum (just imagine that what they leave to quote for a repair cost more than what they think to invest to repair it and tell them that they already repaired it affecting your pocket ??? ) For my point of view it was VERY EVIL to repair without the client's prior consent and they will never mark me to see the cost, I ONLY RECOMMEND THAT AT THE TIME OF LEAVING YOUR ARTICLE TO REPAIR SPECIFY THAT YOU SHOULD NOT REPAIR IT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE CUSTOMER'S AUTHORIZATION A QUOTE OF THE COST OF REPAIR !!! I narrowly missed and I threw myself into PROFECO to raise a complaint about what happened, but I saw that I was just going to waste my time !!!
