★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren estufas con pantalla touch dan mucha lata,se descomponen fácilmente y no te dan opciones para seguir usando el horno,me arrepiento de haber comprado este tipo de estufa y no creo volver a pedir qué me la reparen porque sale muy caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención telefónica es buena, tengo una estufa con pantalla touch la cual se descompuso por lo que veo en Internet es muy común a si que si piensas comprar una estufa koblenz ojo que no es tan fácil conseguirlas y si si son muy caras con los técnicos o talleres donde te mandan.. lamentablemente a la hora de buscar una refaccion para dicha estufa me comunique a la linea telefónica y viviendo muy cerca de Cuautitlán me mandan a talleres al centro pésima atención tarda mucho la pieza y muy caro. Después al de iztacalco muy caro. Por fin consigo el correo de donde adquieren las piezas los técnicos e igual me rebotan me dicen que no que solo en talleres o con un técnico de koblenz a si que piensen dos veces antes de adquirir un equipo.. A si que mi estufa seguirá solo funcionando los quemadores ya que el horno es mediante el touch..
