I went twice for nail retouching, the first time I was very surprised because one girl removes it and the other does the retouching (it seemed strange to me) but that's right, they all do everything together, in the end I didn't see much of a problem and I'll be back, my second The appointment arrived and they made me wait 45 minutes and the same one prepares me and another one arrives and does it, the next day I wake up with 2 nails that did not dry the Gelish well (in the end there were more nails that did not dry and 2 that fell off at 4 days), I wrote to them and spoke to let them know what happened and nothing, they just left me in sight, the girls who attend not all of us attend us the same anyway, I was dying to be their client because of the proximity, hopefully and put a little order in that branch because there are many faults that it has talking about the manicurists and the lamps that don't work.

The first time I came they kept me waiting an hour for my treatment and to iron it for another hour. I return to my touch-up where I indicated a time and my appointment was set earlier (blaming me that I scheduled it at that time), and it also took 2 hours to finish the treatment. Terrible service, if you know that people come together on Saturday, why don't you have more girls attending? It is in terrible taste that all the time they repeat "in a moment I will happen to you." And in the end the treatment did not work for me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I went 10 days ago to get Gelish because I was surprised by the promotion that this service is at $ 50.00, and also to do a lash lift, which is at $ 150.00. And the next day the Gelish had already fallen off one of my nails, after 3 days, another two. I wrote to them and they rescheduled me for the following week, they attended to me and did not charge me, I am attaching photos of the result. Personally, the shape of my nails, I did not like. When they filed them, they didn't ask me what shape I wanted them, and I thought they were round and long, because they stayed that way. I don't know about the lash lift he noticed anything. I will not go again and I warn my acquaintances not to go, better to pay more but for better service. *Edition* Response to Koconut Nail's comment: Regarding the nails, I did not want them longer, the length I had they liked, but when filing them, the person who attended me did not ask me the shape and left them square and lowered them much more than I would have liked.
