★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite la instalación de algunos minisplits y realizaron un trabajo de mala calidad. Antes de contratar me afirmaron que si tenían el equipo requerido y realizaban un buen acabado pero no es así.
Contras: No cuentan con el equipo requerido para trabajar con aires acondicionados (manómetros, bomba de vacío) aún cuando esta incluido en el costo de instalación. La perforación de los muros quedo totalmente irregular, golpearon los equipos en varias ocasiones al realizar la instalación y el acabado final en las perforaciones deja mucho que desear.
Pros: llegaron a tiempo y cuando presente una queja sobre el "acabado" en un muro (ver foto) regresaron al siguiente día laboral a tratar de terminar el trabajo.
I ordered the installation of some minisplits and they did a poor quality job. Before hiring they told me that they did have the required equipment and were finishing well, but that is not the case.
Cons: They do not have the equipment required to work with air conditioners (pressure gauges, vacuum pump) even though it is included in the installation cost. The drilling of the walls was totally irregular, the equipment was hit several times during the installation and the final finish in the perforations leaves much to be desired.
Pros: They were on time and when I made a complaint about the "finish" on a wall (see photo) they came back the next business day to try to finish the job.
