★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En muchas ocasiones he comprado con ustedes en la sucursal de Satélite, realmente sus productos son buenos al igual que el servicio hasta el día de hoy; en diferentes ocasiones he realizado mi pago con tarjeta de crédito y débito, sin problema alguno, al acudir el día de hoy 18/07/2020 me dicen que si pago con tarjeta de débito tengo que pagar una comisión del 5% (jamás me habían cobrado comisión alguna) , lo cual es totalmente absurdo, ya que esa comisión la cobra el banco al negocio por darles una terminal! Yo cumplo con lo que mi banco me exige para hacer uso de sus tarjetas, ya sea pagando una anualidad o cubriendo saldo ó una comisión, no entiendo por qué tengo que cubrir lo que es obligación del negocio al ofrecer el uso de una terminan punto de venta! Si ofrecen ese servicio, asuman las condiciones que esto implica!.
On many occasions I have bought with you at the Satellite branch, your products are really good as well as the service to this day; on different occasions I have made my payment with a credit and debit card, without any problem, when I went today 07/18/2020 they tell me that if I pay with a debit card I have to pay a commission of 5% (they had never charged any commission), which is totally absurd, since that commission is charged by the bank to the business for giving them a terminal! I comply with what my bank requires me to make use of their cards, whether paying an annuity or covering balance or a commission, I do not understand why I have to cover what is the business's obligation when offering the use of an end point of sale! If they offer this service, assume the conditions that this implies !.
