I only go because I love ice cream but not even good afternoon do they respond and if they are talking, showing each other something on the cell phone or do they turn to see terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ha tocado dos veces ver lo pésimo que atienden en plaza las Américas. Ayer hasta grave a la señora, no me quiso atender y todavía eran las 8:30pm y encima me hizo señas con la mano queriendo ofender. Que pena que por culpa de estás personas uno ya no regrese a consumir, mis hijos pagaron las consecuencias de la mala actitud de esa señora. Lo peor es que los dueños tampoco hacen nada.
Resumen: pésimo servicio
I have had twice to see how terrible they serve in Plaza las Américas. Yesterday the lady was even serious, she didn't want to attend to me and it was still 8:30 pm and on top of that she waved at me wanting to offend. What a pity that because of these people one no longer returns to consume, my children paid the consequences of that lady's bad attitude. The worst thing is that the owners do nothing either.
