★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la dinámica del gym y los instructores. Hay suficientes máquinas, no así estacionamiento. Los precios están muy cordiales y últimamente las promociones están ideales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ era muy feliz en el gym, pero es un completo desastre, el unico que podría rescatar es Felipe, unico entrenador que interactúa, el de recepción me parece es mudo , solo sabe decir si y no, ahh y ok me parece que también, es un desmadre el gym, pesas regadas en todos lados, celulares en el piso, la sra de la limpieza tiene que estar recogiendo todas las pesas mientras los otros ligan y ponen música de banda, yo voy al gym a entrenar no al bar la vdd, con esa música pues como que no dan ganas, videos todo el tiempo de foot, peleas, nada que ver mientras tienes una rutina de 30 min en corredoras etc,,,,, no hay clases, no hay regaderas, se estacionan en donde es área de peatón, nadie respeta nada la vdd. Ahhh y por que no, parece recreo todo mundo come su atún y hasta postre !!! de 50 personas 20 traen cubreboca, en fin cero orden, los invito a visitar el smart, todos limpian sus aparatos porque hay con que, aqui andas persiguiendo los trapos para limpiar.
I was very happy in the gym, but it's a complete disaster, the only one who could rescue is Felipe, the only trainer who interacts, the receptionist seems to me to be mute, he only knows how to say yes and no, oh and ok I think so too, it's a mess in the gym, weights scattered everywhere, cell phones on the floor, the cleaning lady has to be collecting all the weights while the others flirt and play band music, I go to the gym to train not to the bar the vdd, with that music, it's like they don't feel like it, videos all the time of foot, fights, nothing to see while you have a 30-minute routine in runners etc,,,,, there are no classes, there are no showers, they park where it is pedestrian area, nobody respects the vdd at all. Ahhh and why not, it seems like recreation everyone eats their tuna and even dessert!!! out of 50 people, 20 bring a face mask, in short zero order, I invite you to visit the smart, everyone cleans their devices because there is something, here you are chasing the rags to clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente gym buenas instalaciones. Buena música. Aparatos muy modernos. Buena atención. El costo mensual muy accesible. Solo el detalle que estacionamiento propio del gimnasio es pequeño.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las máquina para ejercitarce son buenas lo que no me gustó para nada son los vestidores al menos del de hombre huele a orina y las regaderas solo sirven por 3 horas mal en ese aspecto
The exercise machines are good, what I did not like at all are the locker rooms, at least the one for men smells like urine and the showers only work for 3 hours, bad in that aspect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los entrenadores son mega groseros solo a las chicas bonitas les ayudan y prestan atención, el "entrenador" Marcos del turno de la tarde se burló de mí y de mi amiga la primera vez que fuimos al GYM le comenté que mis objetivos eran subir masa muscular a lo que con un tono burlón dijo que eso se lograba comiendo haciendo referencia a mi complexión delgada, después se mofo y dijo seguramente son estudiantes ya comieron su Maruchan? de las personas más nefastas y groseras que he conocido, la recepcionista de la mañana una chica morena tiene una terrible actitud la saludas y no te contesta además de que tiene una cara como de estar siempre de mal humor.
Los trapos para limpiar las máquinas apestan a humedad además de estar tiesos y sucios.
La peor experiencia yendo a un GYM
The trainers are super rude, only the pretty girls they help them and pay attention, the "coach" Marcos from the afternoon shift made fun of me and my friend the first time we went to the GYM I told him that my goals were to gain muscle mass to which with a mocking tone he said that this was achieved by eating, referring to my slim complexion, then he scoffed and said surely they are students, have they already eaten their Maruchan? one of the most disastrous and rude people I've ever met, the receptionist in the morning, a brunette girl, has a terrible attitude, you greet her and she doesn't answer you, plus she has a face like she's always in a bad mood.
The rags used to clean the machines stink of damp as well as being stiff and dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ambiente es muy malo, me refiero a las personas y algunos entrenadores, quieren llevarte pero no saben enseñar y te dan ejercicios lesivos y si no aceptas se enojan y te ignoran, no todos solo algunos.
Los baños en la mañana huelen horrible, quiero felicitar al señor que los lava en la tarde porque siempre huele bien.
Faltan más máquinas para bíceps y tríceps y sobre todo de hombro, honestamente falta un poco de todo pero tiene lo necesario.
Algunas máquinas se han roto y solo les dan un arreglo de gato para que sirvan hasta dónde llegue a durar, no las arreglan al 100% ya que se rompen los cables a cada rato.
Te prohiben mover de su lugar los bancos y las sillas ajustables solo cuando está el dueño.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar cómodo para ir en grupo a entrenar o ya teniendo un entrenador; el ambiente social es tenso. Se objetifica a la mujer en toda oportunidad, tanto los dueños como los clientes. Incómoda opción para una mujer sola cuyo único objetivo sea ejercitarse. Fuera de eso, la maquinaria es bastante cómoda y fácil de usar; la música siempre de moda, por lo tanto agradable.
A comfortable place to go as a group to train or already having a coach; the social environment is tense. Women are objectified at every opportunity, both by owners and customers. Uncomfortable option for a single woman whose only goal is to exercise. Other than that, the machinery is quite comfortable and easy to use; music always in fashion, therefore enjoyable.
