Terrible service, I have no words to describe how bad it is, there is never a good sign and when I frame to give my complaint they do not respond until they feel like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de tercer mundo. Igual de mala su atención a clientes. Nunca responden llamadas. Hoy como ejemplo llevamos 5 horas sin servicio. No lo recomiendo.
Third world service. Their customer service is just as bad. They never answer calls. Today as an example we have been without service for 5 hours. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo problemas con el servicio desde hace como 3 meses y no me dieron solución, está mas que claro que ya es solo mi caso porque a familiares y amigos con el servicio instalado recientemente cuentan con el servicio normal y yo no, iban a mandar a un técnico a checar y al final lo cancelaron alegando que volvieron a monitorear mi servicio y marcaba una excelente señal
I have had problems with the service for about 3 months and they did not give me a solution, it is more than clear that it is only my case because family and friends with the recently installed service have the normal service and I did not, they were going to send a technician to check and in the end they canceled it alleging that they returned to monitor my service and marked an excellent signal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre que se llama por teléfono para reporta que no tenemos internet dicen que es por una falla, pero porque una falla cada 3 días o 1 cada semana? En su call center son super groseros y déspotas para atenderte, ojalá hagan algo para mejorar todo su servicio, yo no lo recomiendo.
Terrible service, whenever you call by phone to report that we do not have internet they say it is due to a failure, but why does one fail every 3 days or 1 every week? In their call center they are super rude and despotic to assist you, I hope they do something to improve their entire service, I do not recommend it.
