Ojo no abren a las 7 , yo fui hoy a las 7:30 y estaba cerrado.

Esta muy bien, lo que pasa es que los clientes de la zona son muy especiales. Las veces que yo he ido me tratan bien, hay buen surtidoy el servicio es eficiente en general.

Fui a sacar copias más de 100 copias, las de hasta arriba estaban bien y las demás se veía solo la mitad de las hojas. Fui a preguntar si me las podían sacar de nuevo y me dicen que su copiadora así sacan las copias, y que no me pueden regresar el dinero. Le pido una solución a la chica y básicamente me dice que es mi culpa por no revisar, y yo le digo que es responsabilidad también suya porque casualmente las malas copias me las dejaron hasta el final, y además me dice “pues no se ven tan mal” no me quería dar solución hasta que me dice “pues si me las dejas te las podemos sacar en la otra papelería pero no te aseguro que salgan como quieres” cuando regreso por las copias me las avientan, me dicen en tono muy déspota que “las revise porque no hay cambios” les agradezco, me despido y me dejan con la palabra en la boca. Su deshonestidad y mala atención al cliente no es mi culpa. Que su copiadora no funcione tampoco es mi culpa, y si yo pagué por eso espero que salgan bien, no me iba a conformar con esas copias mal hechas solo porque a la cajera le parece que “no se ven tan mal” definitivamente pésimo servicio con el cliente.

Your dishonesty and poor customer service is not my fault. That your copier does not work is not my fault either, and if I paid for it I hope they turn out well, I was not going to settle for those poorly made copies just because the cashier thinks they "do not look so bad" definitely lousy service with the client.
