★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos un elevador con KONE para un edificio de 5 pisos pensando que era una buena opción. Nunca pensamos que la empresa subcontrata instaladores. Llevamos 3 meses de instalación y a una semana de la entrega ya dejo de funcionar 2 veces. No responden ni se hacen responsables. Yo tengo 8 meses de embarazo y vivo en el último piso.
We hired an elevator with KONE for a 5-story building thinking it was a good option. We never think that the company outsources installers. We have been installing for 3 months and a week after delivery it already stopped working 2 times. They do not respond or take responsibility. I am 8 months pregnant and I live on the top floor.
