Pésima atención de Maricarmen Lois en Privalia Querétaro, es grosera y atiende como si le hiciera a uno el favor y luego no responde ni llamadas ni correos. Imposible contactar a alguien que pueda ayudarme a solucinar mi problema... tendré que ir a la procuradoría del consumidor a levantar una demanda.
Terrible service. Very good to sell but to fix its damages NOTHING. I have a dampness and they haven't fixed it and they won't answer the phone. Terrible attention from Maricarmen Lois in Privalia Querétaro, she is rude and attends as if she were doing you a favor and then she does not answer calls or emails. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala y pésima calidad de las viviendas, frecuentes fallas por su nula capacidad de supervisión de la obra.
Drenaje tapado por escombro de construcción, y de un lado se ve mi tubería de gas mal parchada por la fuga que presentaba. Entre más cosas, mangueras de guías ahogadas, filtraciones de agua en muros y techos, instalación de apagadores con falla. Etc.
Poor and terrible quality of the houses, frequent failures due to their lack of supervision capacity.

No dan respuestas y se esconden.Las casas las entregan sin pintar y fué algo que no se nos dijo . Los materiales son de baja calidad y después de tiempo hay que sustituir todo. NO COMPREN A KORA
