★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó mucho el estar ahí pues su sala de espera es muy fría y sus bancas de metal muy incómodas cómo para estar ahí entre una y tres horas esperando que te hagan el servicio de instalación de tu GPS, aparte no hay ningún tipo de entretenimiento como revistas, periódico, televisión u otros. Lo que si deberían ofrecer por lo menos es un dispensador de agua para beber y vasos, mínimo. Pinches Dueños tacaños!
I did not like being there very much because its waiting room is very cold and its metal benches are very uncomfortable, how to be there between one and three hours waiting for the installation service of your GPS, apart there is no entertainment of any kind such as magazines, newspaper, television or others. What they should offer at least is a water dispenser to drink and glasses, minimum. Fucking stingy owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte de el personal de seguridad, recepción y recursos humanos. No hay transporte que te deje cerca.
El área de monitoreo el personal está muy presionado contestando llamadas de clientes, actualizando unidades y checando alertas; el personal nuevo no debería tomar actividades después de mínimo una semana no al siguiente día que estás en el área deben de mejorar esa parte.
Good attention from the security, reception and human resources personnel. There is no transportation to drop you close.
The monitoring area staff are under pressure answering customer calls, updating units and checking alerts; New staff should not take activities after at least one week, not the next day you are in the area, they should improve that part.

Soy un cliente que desafortunadamente contraté el servicio sin embargo es un fraude porque te ofrecen algo qué no cumplen y tenemos que detener nuestra logística porque no dan solución inmediata para restablecer el servicio.
OJO.
Antes de contratar piénsalo 2 veces
