L	Lidia Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una pechera que se rompió a los 2 minutos de usarla, fui a que me devolvieran el dinero ya que su producto era defectuoso (la pechera decía que era para perritos de 10 a 15 kilos, al primer estirón de mi perrita que pesa 13 kilos se rompió la argolla), la chica que ke atendió me dijo que no podía devolverme el dinero (rompiendo su propia política que dice que si el producto era defectuoso se devuelve el dinero), quería que me llevara otra pechera igual que yo no quería porque no sirve, la solución que dio fue cambiarme el producto, tuve que volver a comprar cosas y entre esas cosas elegí una placa. Ya han pasado 2 meses casi y la placa ni siquiera se pidió porque el encargado de la tienda no quiso pedirla y de nuevo se rehusó a regresarme el dinero. Además el trato fue grosero y en ningún momento yo fui grosera.
