★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte de los empleados, ni siquiera te preguntan qué buscas, la tienda está casi vacía no tienen muchas cosas, está oscura y varios objetos no tienen precio visible y luego no saben cómo buscarlo en sistema.
Bad attention from the employees, they don't even ask you what you are looking for, the store is almost empty they don't have many things, it is dark and several objects have no visible price and then they don't know how to search for it in the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay tanta variedad aunque si encuentras lo necesario. Queda justo en la segunda planta se puede llegar por el elevador o por las escaleras eléctricas que están a un lado del Starbucks
There is not so much variety although if you find what you need. It is located right on the second floor and can be reached by the elevator or by the escalators that are next to the Starbucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El surtido es decente, es uno de los pocos lugares en Oaxaca donde se consigue Kat’s Best, lo cual es útil aunque manejan un stock muy pequeño y no lo renuevan regularmente.
Uno de los inconvenientes del lugar es que se encuentren en segundo piso de una plaza cuya sola escalera eléctrica es para subir y bajar con un bulto de 8 kg es incomodo.
El personal pocas veces tiene buen puesto el cubrebocas y en particular un empleado alto siempre lo tiene por debajo de la nariz, no importa cuánto se le insista en ponérselo bien.
The assortment is decent, it is one of the few places in Oaxaca where you can get Kat's Best, which is useful although they carry a very small stock and do not renew it regularly.
One of the drawbacks of the place is that they are on the second floor of a square whose only escalator is to go up and down with an 8 kg package is uncomfortable.
Staff rarely wear their masks properly, and one tall employee in particular always has them below their nose, no matter how hard they are pushed to put them on properly.
