★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. It is impossible to communicate with whomever is answering the phone. Talked with 3 people because we had to shorten our trip. They told us to cancel our booking and book a new one. We cancelled and the moment after they told us that it’s full. It is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bigger guy at reception is very disinterested and inconvenienced by doing his job because it interrupts his gaming/movies. I asked him if there would be someone to check me out at 4am for my Palenque tour and he said yes. But at 4am, there was no one there and I found out I was locked inside the hostel and it took me 10+ mins to get out. I was even looking for windows to climb out of. When another reception guy finally woke up to unlock the door, he was so mad at me and yelled at me for making noise to wake someone up to let me out.
You can find cheaper hostels closer to the centre that actually have wifi in the rooms and hot water in the showers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hostel. Spacious. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice facilities. Huge kitchen. Lots of indoor hangout spots, games, and work spaces. Staff are welcoming and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Breakfast is included. Limited in outdoor space, but there's a smoking area. Would recommend and stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hostel to stay in San Cristobal, with an outstanding kitchen and this yoga/dance floor that is my favorite place!
The whole space is absolutely clean and well organized (like they wash all the blankets every check out, toilets are sanitized daily, the rooms smell good etc, it's high standard service) Breakfast is also very complete.
I specially recommend it for digital nomads as they offer you a coworking room and some other cool facilities.
The vibe is familiar, there's happy people and good music during the day and it's silent after 11pm. We will definitely come back!
