★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our party of 4 shared 3 appetizers (dim sum, dumplings, & edamame), all were small in size but delicious. We then had the coconut soup, burger, wok vegetables, and popcorn chicken. The burger was fantastic, the others were mediocre at best, especially for the price. Service was great but the prices were high for the portion size and quality. Most cocktails were 220+, so we didn't bother trying. We would return, but only for apps and drinks.

limited menu. we ordered the peking duck rice which came with approximately 3 cubes of duck pieces and extremely wet rice that I would have thrown away if I have cooked it myself at home.
popcorn chicken was too sweet, baos were a bizarre taste. would never come back and would NOT recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our meal at Kouyin. We started with the tempura coated edamame. The coating was very light and really made the edamame quite tasty. Our cocktails were unusual, delicious and good sized. We next had the Corean Chicken w Blue Cheese Ice Cream. Sounds a bit weird but was it sooooo GOOD!! The Tuna Tataki was super fresh and beautifully presented. Finally, the setting is about as nice as you can get on the rooftop. The only downside was it can get pretty cold up there so wish they were a bit more diligent with the space heaters.
