★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and organization needs to improve. I am not sure why three people who came AFTER me were seen before me but the barber shop should have a clear procedure that is fair to everyone according to when they arrive. After spending an hour waiting and watching people go before me who came after me it was time to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, once I was walking around I found the shop I asked for a hair cut and the employees without clients said to me, I'm sorry it's just with reservation, they even didn't tried to check if it could be possible, anyway there lots of other barber shop around the neighborhood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there recently and I really liked it. It had excellent service and the guys are very nice, but it's a barber shop for men so I won't recommend it for women. Overall it's a great choice for men to go and get a haircut. About Covid 19, they clean everything when a client goes so that the next one has clean and disinfected seat and tools
