She barely took 10 minutes and had a student do the toothpaste cleaning part of it while she supervised. The nib fell off numerous times from the dental tooth so basically he not got that part of the cleaning. She never helped the student or even made suggestions to help. We found another dentist who did a fabulous job of cleaning his teeth 3 days later.

They have a lot of clients but they do their best to accommodate your schedule. They speak English which is helpful for English speaking tourists. Muchisimos gracias Drs.
S	Susan Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kramer and her husband were so nice to me on the phone during our consultation times. I live in Colorado and decided to go to Mazatlan for dental work. I sent X-rays and reports of what I needed done ahead of time and was given her recommendations, the pricing and the time it would take to accomplish the work. The process of removing an existing crown took the dentist over 3 hours because while it was a well sealed crown she couldn't get it off for over an hour and a half. It took me two trips to the clinic for the impressions to work and then she charged me $70.00 more than the original price because I came during carnival...which meant nothing to me as I didn't understand how that impacted my care. All in all I was in the chair over 4 hours for this one crown and had two dentists working on me .They never observed sterile technique and chatted nonstop in spanish to each other oblivious to the fact that I was sitting in the chair wondering what was going on. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Nice folks but terrible service.

I would recommend her to anyone. Her office is open year round which means you don’t have to wait 6 months to be seen. She emails which was a great way for me to communicate! All around I am sure you will have a good experience and walk away happy!!

And I am so happy that from all advertised clinics we choose hers. It was very easy to communicate with Dr Wendy Kramer. She and her staff are very professional and supportive with great attitude. All treatment from the beginning to the end was explained clearly. Prices are great. So we will definitely recommend Premier dental to our friends and will visit this clinic again in our next visit to Mazatlan. Thanks a lot to all staff for taking care of us. We discussed what they would encompass and how much each option would cost. We we're able to come to a decision rapidly and get started almost immediately. For a change, it was nice to have a dentist that over delivers rather than under delivers. No hidden fees, No games. Always on time. Just a pleasant, pristine environment to have your oral needs addressed.
D	Doug Miles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Mazatlan annually and have never thought about getting dental work done there - I guess I was worried about the quality of care but nothing could have been further from the truth after seeing Dr. Kramer!! After reviewing my teeth, she provided recommendations and a cost for repair. The solution was far less intrusive than the veneers my doctor at home recommended and significantly cheaper. Although I appreciated the lower cost, the most important thing was keeping my own teeth intact which was very important to Dr. Kramer. After all, isn't that what dentists are supposed to do? Preserve your teeth rather than doing unnecessary procedures? I couldn't be happier with the results!! Dr. Kramer and her staff were amazing and I'll be going back annually for cleaning and maintenance when I visit Mazatlan.
