Lamentablemente tuve experiencia “x”en este tour.? *TOUR CATAMARAN ISLA MUJERES, TODO INCLUIDO* ✅DETALLES POSITIVOS✅ ?La chica que nos proporcionó la información para el tour fue súper amable y atenta, decidimos reservar de último momento y nos llevó a la terminal para poder alcanzar dicho tour. ?El personal de embarcación era amable y divertido en todo momento estaban al pendiente de cualquier detalle ?Al exponer mi inconformidad respecto al corto tiempo para consumir alimentos en el restaurante el chico de la embarcación como la chica que nos vendió el tour reportaron la situación tratando de llegar a una solución (la cual fue agregar 30 minutos más a nuestra estancia en la playa). ?Ambiente familiar y tranquilo ❌DETALLES NEGATIVOS ❌ ❗️Pregunte cuántos pasajeros estaban permitiendo por cuestiones COVID y me dijeron que no más 25. Cuando realmente fuimos 51 personas. ❗️El snorkel se sintió cómo si hubiera durado a lo mucho 20 min. ❗️ el snorkel en musa, nuestra experiencia fue ver una única estatua, y únicamente verla mientras seguías avanzando por que el tiempo era limitado. ❗️El snorkel en el arrecife está dentro de los supuestos 30 minutos de snorkel lo cual no ves absolutamente nada ❗️Pregunte por el tour a punta sur que incluía y me dijeron que ese era por cuenta propia en tu tiempo libre. ❗️el club de playa era bonito pero estaba ocupado por otros clientes del restaurante ❗️ llegamos a las 2:05pm aprox al muelle para bajar al restaurante y se perdió tiempo esperando a poder desembarcar por que había otras embarcaciones. Terminamos bajando a las 2:30pm ❗️ El restaurante al llegamos para el buffet al parecer le faltaba personal por ende el proceso para recibir alimentos fue lento. Pude sentarme a comer hasta las 3:10pm aprox (El tiempo destinado para llegar al restaurante comer y disfrutar de la playa era de 2:00pm a 3:30pm) ❗️No se realizó la actividad de Spinnaker ni se comentó tanda al respecto.

Will never use this agency again- Go direct to any booking. After paying for 6 rooms - ocean front- received city views. Called Krea Travel for explanation and kept getting the run around- they all of a sudden could not get a hold of the hotel to find out where the issue was. Booked for Jan. 2021. The agent was non responsive, the office could not get me an honest answer or refund for the difference. Had to pay the "upgrade" for the ocean view. Any excursions, book directly at the hotel or with the actual website- like xcaret experiences. This was by far the worse customer service experience received. Could not believe that after a week of constantly asking status of refund or room move, they basically washed their hands of any involvement. Mistake was using this agency, after a friend referred me to them- the agent was pushy, every day texted asking me to book. This went on for a whole month. Once I was there, just sent me to the office line.

Oscar has amazing customer Service. I booked transportation to/from airport, a tour to Isla de Mujeres, a pool party and even a surprise for my friends birthday. So far an amazing attentive experience.

We have booked there several times now, and will continue to do so when we are in mexico again. Excellent advice , extensive knowledge, and help with problems is quite normal here. We have experienced wonderful vacations, thank you very much for the very special moments in our lives. We can only recommend krea travel, for us there is no alternative.

If I could give a zero star I would! Absolutely horrible experience. I pre ordered a taxi and stood and waited from the time that they told me they arrived. Apparently they did not arrive until about 30 min after they said they did so I stood there and waited with no seats or anything with all my luggage. I didn’t have service because I’m coming from out of the country so after waiting for a while I asked to use someone’s phone to call them and they told me that they had still not arrived yet but the stand in a certain spot and they would come get me. They never came. I had someone else call them 3 times and they stopped answering the phones. After about an hour of waiting I finally got a different taxi so I had to pay over $70 for two different taxis so when I finally got service I called to see if I could get a refund or anything since I couldn’t take the taxi and had to wait all morning. The guy on the phone didn’t care about my negative experience and kept saying that “they had video of the guy showing up” and completely ignored the fact that I waited when and where I was literally told to for over and hour and could not make contact with anyone. Don’t book with them because once they have your money they obviously don’t care what happens to you. If you book with them you better hope nothing goes wrong because they will offer you no solution.
