★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, llame para pedir una cotización y se comprometen que al siguiente día la enviarían y nada, vuelvo a llamar y me dicen que si que ya esta en espera el correo de mi solicitud, pero nada, vuelvo a llamar al tercer día y me dicen simplemente que ya no tiene tiempo para atender las solicitudes que hasta enero del próximo año 2020.
Que poco profesionalismo y ética de servicio.
Debieran de dedicarse a otro negoccio ya que para este son ineficientes.
Lousy service, call to request a quote and they promise that the next day they would send it and nothing, I call again and they say that if the mail of my request is already waiting, but nothing, I will call again on the third day and I They simply say that they no longer have time to attend the requests that until January of next year 2020.
That little professionalism and service ethics.
They should be engaged in another business because they are inefficient for this.

El que otro proveedor que había contratado me dejo colgada y con el problema encima.
En Kreando me entregaron a tiempo y con la calidad acordada, la ejecutiva que me que me atendió fue amable con todas mis dudas y requerimientos. Los recomiendo amplia mente. Salvaron mi día.

The one that another provider that I had hired left me hanging and with the problem on top.
