Muy mal servicio, nunca tienen hielo, o si no tienen hielo, no hay crema batida o si no , no hay tapas a la medida del vaso. Y para complementar, el servicio que dan las personas encargadas de esa tienda es como si le estuvieran regalando las cosas a uno. Deberían poner más atención en las personas que atienden y en el abastecimiento de sus productos.

Personal sin ganas de trabajar y al pedir la promoción día de cumpleaños comentaba el encargado que no tenía donas siendo que tenía lleno el anaquel muy mal servicio hasta nos mandó a otra sucursal que no existía

El empleado de los domingos es grosero, no toma completo el pedido, siempre niega que hay bebidas (se excusa diciendo que no hay agua,¿Entonces en ese local nunca tienen agua?) y se para a tender cuando quiere.

Aquí es cuando te das cuenta que la empresa no cuida ni paga lo suficiente a sus empleados. El servicio al cliente es de lo peor. La primera vez que fuimos por dos taro frozen, la chica ni siquiera respondió a nuestro saludo de buenos días y durante todo el tiempo que "nos atendió" tuvo una cara de disgusto como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor. Al indicarle nuestra orden solo dijo "no tengo crema batida" a lo que respondimos "está bien, no hay problema, gracias" y luego dijo "ah pero tampoco tengo hielo", por lo que decidimos cambiar la orden por solo un chaí, para que la chica terminara diciendo "pero solo hay vasos pequeños" y quiero recalcar que todo lo dijo de la manera más grosera que parecía podía decirlo. De verdad me considero una persona muy tolerante y respetuosa y solo le dije que muchas gracias pero que ya no quería nada. Tan sencillo que hubiera sido que desde un inicio nos dijera que era lo que sí tenía antes de que hubiéramos ordenado. La segunda vez, había dos chicas atendiendo e igualmente no respondieron nuestro saludo de buenos días, nuevamente el trato grosero como si estuviéramos interrumpiendo su mañana, se tardaron mucho en preparar el pedido y al final ni siquiera lo prepararon correctamente; los taro frozen tenían grumos del polvo y sabían excesivamente dulces. En fin, esto prueba que la marca está tan confiada de que sus productos son reconocidos y gustan al público que descuida por completo la atención al cliente, ya que quisiera decir que esto solo pasa en esta sucursal pero hemos recibido un trato igual de despectivo en muchas otras. Definitivamente si no fuera porque me gustan sus productos, JAMÁS volvería a comprar.

I really consider myself a very tolerant and respectful person and I just told him thank you very much but that I didn't want anything anymore. So simple that it would have been for him to tell us from the beginning what he did have before we ordered. The second time, there were two girls attending and they still did not respond to our good morning greeting, again the rude treatment as if we were interrupting their morning, they took a long time to prepare the order and in the end they did not even prepare it correctly; the frozen taro had lumps from the powder and tasted overly sweet. In short, this proves that the brand is so confident that its products are recognized and liked by the public that it completely neglects customer service, since I would like to say that this only happens in this branch but we have received an equally contemptuous treatment in many others. Definitely if it weren't for the fact that I like your products, I would NEVER buy again.

Empleado con cara de odio al mundo. Compre 2 vasos de cafe al destaparlo para colocar azucar el producto no tiene la cantidad adecuada, lo dejo apenas un poco mas de la mita, tampoco quiero que se derrame pero si estoy pagando algo que me vendan el producto con la cantidad adecuada y no lo que quiere porque le da flojera hacerlo
