Prefiero ir a la tienda físicamente I ordered half a dozen through UberEATS and they sent me some that were not the case :( I looked where to complain and couldn't find it. I prefer to go to the store physically

F	Francisca Angélica Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario de atención que mencionan no es el mismo que el Real, el día sábado acudí a las 9:30 am, me refirieron que abrían a las 9, les mencioné que ya pasaba con 30 mins y me respondieron que el horario que les llegaban las donas podría incluso ser hasta las 12:30... La verdad no volveré a ir ni lo recomiendo, terminé optando por la panadería superior ahí si respetan los horarios. The opening hours they mention are not the same as the Real one, on Saturday I went at 9:30 a.m., they told me that they opened at 9, I mentioned that it was already 30 minutes and they replied that the time they arrived the donuts could even be until 12:30 ... The truth is I will not go again nor recommend it, I ended up opting for the superior bakery there if they respect the schedules.

I can understand that the human resource is tired but I would appreciate it if they could improve or provide better training for customer service.
