★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos siempre han tenido la calidad esperada, sin embargo, el servicio del joven que atiende ésta sucursal es pésimo! Trata de manera descortés, no contesta cuando le preguntas algo y ni las gracias (o de nada) es capaz de ofrecer. Ojalá hubiera calidez y mejoren el servicio al cliente.
 The products have always had the expected quality, however, the service of the young man who attends this branch is terrible! He treats in a rude way, does not answer when you ask him something and neither thanks (or anything) he is able to offer. I wish there was warmth and they improve customer service.

Ojalá recapaciten y vuelvan a las maquinas de verdad, soy cliente de muchos años y me decepcionaron totalmente. Y no conforme con que ya no venden café de verdad, me querían obligar a pagarlo insistiendo en que ya no podían cancelarlo. ¡Si quisiera un café del Oxxo iría al Oxxo! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las donas de esta marca comercial, estaremos de acuerdo que son muy ricas y variados sabores aunque algo costosas. No obstante, vale la pena darse un antojo de vez en cuando.
De esta sucursal, al interior de la Plaza Gran Patio en Pachuca, deja un poco que decir: los empleados no son muy amables (supongo no es muy agradable estar todo el día ahí), pero finalmente, el trato al cliente es algo que no puede faltar y casi nunca son cordiales; bastantes veces me ha tocado que no hay nadie en la isla y obviamente, no atienden a la gente que finalmente, se acaba yendo. Creo es algo que se debería tomar en cuenta y más porque hay alrededor, varios módulos más dónde comer antojos deliciosos.
