Three weeks and they never have lactose-free milk for the cappuccinos and the employees only indicate that they do not supply them ... of all there is, is the only one with this problem?

The place is located inside the El Dorado Shopping Center, on the second floor, next to the Liverpool Restaurant. Although the place opens at 10:00 am. There is NO sale until 10:30 am.
