Had one hour massage here while we were waiting for our rental car. Dulce gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in all the places. Good technique, professional.

Booked massages for 4 people and we all enjoyed ourselves. It was definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. This spa has great prices and amazing customer service. For sure my go to place every time I come to Playa Del Carmen. Thank you ladies you were all wonderful

Had a beautiful mani/pedi this morning. Service gets 5 stars. I wasn't able to add a tip using my credit card. Don't understand why as I do everywhere else in playa??? Should be able to tip via credit card!

This is the best facility in Playa. We discovered Kristine's about 16 years ago and have tried many places but keep coming back for the best service and facilities we have found in the area surrounding Playa del Carmen Top quality north America standard massaging pedicure chairs.... If you have any concerns they will be able to understand or get someone to help ..... I have had zero communication issues with my limited Spanish and several different services at Kristine spa Pricing is always fair and they do cash or credit card ... My whole family Recommends Kristine and demands to go there when we are in the area

Everyone was wonderful there. We were 4 people, 2 men, 2 women all looking for a little relaxation out of the sun. They were able to accommodate us within 20 minutes time. I only wanted a foot massage since I had recently mani/pedi elsewhere and I was treated to a fabulous 1/2 hour leg massage by Irma. Irma did a fantastic job on my feet and legs, I was ready to take on a night of dancing.

The two ladies who did my mani/pedi killed it, love them! Was a little surprised they didn't use the tool to remove the rough skin from the bottom of my foot though. But the facial I received wasn't very impressive. Yes my skin felt softer, but there were still blackheads and areas that had expected to be treated. I didn't see much of a difference and I'll be getting another facial. Everyone seemed very pleased with the nails & massages.

I am a frequent customer at Kristine's. They usually provide mediocre service, but after today, I will never be back. This afternoon I asked for 2 spa pedicures for my daughter and I. The "massage" that is the big perk for paying extra for the spa upgrade was laughable. But, my big complaint is that after the first coat of polish, my nails were very streaky. I expressed my concern, but was told to wait until the second coat was applied. After the first nail got a second coat. I asked for a different color, because it was still streaky. At this point, the manager (or owner?) told me that I could only get a different color if I paid more money. She said I should have requested a different color after the first coat. Horrible customer service.

One thing in my life is that I live a life of my design and I know I am truly blessed. I travel frequently, even in my own town, I have the pleasure of a weekly massage. When I travel, I at times have 2 or 3 massages a week! Talking about pampering and loving myself and my body which house my precious soul. lol Dalia was my masseur for 100 minutes and this was one of the top 3 massages in my life. She was thorough and detailed. She knew where the knots were and I felt she intuitively knew what needs to be done. If you ever have the opportunity, ask for her as she is ONE OF A KIND masseur. I have now another 2 appointments with her for the rest of the week! Thanks for reading this post!
