★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compraron en mi paquete un boleto de más no solicitado, me obligaron a pagarles la mitad de ese boleto el día de salida para que me dieran los demás boletos. Lo más ilegal que se pueden imaginar y todo por su incompetencia.
They bought one more unsolicited ticket in my package, they forced me to pay them half of that ticket on the day of departure so that they would give me the other tickets. The most illegal thing you can imagine and all because of your incompetence.
