★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima comunicación entre Veracruz y esta oficina. No hay empatía por lo que uno como cliente no está de acuerdo, nunca me resolvieron mi solicitud y terminé pagando sus atrasos con tal de no tener que ver más con esta empresa.
Terrible service, terrible communication between Veracruz and this office. There is no empathy for what one as a client does not agree with, they never resolved my request and I ended up paying their arrears so as not to have to do more with this company.
