I would like them to change the work hours from 7:30 am / 5pm to 9am / 7pm from Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch and rest. That schedule would be more comfortable.

Como tal la empresa es pequeña y no cuenta con un numero de empleados muy grande. Tienen un monitoreo del proceso muy estricto e ingenieros capacitados.
