They fraud they kept my security deposit and they never gave it back to me

Total fraud company told me my deposit will return in 10-15 days so far nonthing and every time i call they play games like they don’t understand English trash worst experience ever so they technically stole my 132 deposit now i half to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back stay away i repeat stay away i asked for a manager an was given a incorrect number 5 times in a row now when i call ither they don’t answer so they won’t give me my deposit and they won’t take my calls total fraud and theft it’s a scam they will take your deposit good luck getting in contact with them

To flee, they are dishonest people and the quality of service is non-existent. initially it should be a good alternative to Avis which does not accept debit cards. Despite the very friendly reception at the airport, the problems quickly started after the transfer to the agency a few kilometers from Cancun airport. This place is a complete disgrace, they take people money and when you return a vehicle they they claim you’ve damaged something underneath! underneath!!! The vehicle.. They charge you 5x more then what it was to even get the rental This place comes up with any excuse to take your money! Do not rent anything from here! they are horrible!

Stay away from this company they will charge your credit card after a week and they will say that the car had some damage, total fraud
