★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calentador falló al 2o mes. Pésima atención al cliente, buscan siempre sacar ventaja de sus "servicios". No hay transparencia en sus cotizaciones y caen en contradicciones.
 My heater failed in the 2nd month. Terrible customer service, they always seek to take advantage of their "services". There is no transparency in their quotes and they fall into contradictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor Marca., Ya no ,. No instalan con cobre solo mangueras, no recomiendo ( la instalación)...sin embargo, después de una visita técnica mi boiler trabaja igual que el anterior(13 años) sin falla alguna.
The best Brand., Not anymore,. They do not install with copper only hoses, I do not recommend (the installation) ... however, after a technical visit my boiler works the same as the previous one (13 years) without any failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De mala calidad, a cada rato hay que estar pagando servicios por la misma falla, me cobraron solo por venir y sin arreglar el sensor de temperatura que estaba fallando, a los dos días se me descompuso nuevamente del sensor de temperatura por lo que llame y me mandaron a otro técnico que nuevamente me cobró por lo mismo, solo por la visita te cobran aún cuando sea problema de ellos, en verdad que no lo recomiendo he tenido muy pero muy mala experiencia sobre todo con la atención que te dan en caso de alguna falla, no te garantizan su servicio aunque la falla sea la misma te vuelven a cobrar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitense el gasto y miles de corajes, pésimo calentador y pésimo servicio, llevo 2 meses con el y es un milagro que funcione correctamente. El servicio técnico no soluciona ni hace valida la garantía pero si cobra en cada visita.
De verdad evitense la pena muy mal producto y pésimo servicio al cliente, le doy una estrella porque no hay cero.
