★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se les acaba el producto y por la tarde noche ya no se alcanzan los sabores, el personal tampoco aplica las promociones y claramente guardan los productos para no aplicarlas. Si quieren viajar con donas de esta marca sugiero comprarlas en otro establecimiento.
 They run out of the product and in the evening, the flavors are no longer reached, the staff does not apply the promotions either and they clearly save the products so as not to apply them. If you want to travel with donuts of this brand, I suggest buying them at another establishment.

Los cajeros hablando por teléfono y no dan un buen servicio.
Está mucho mejor el café de Ruta Café.
The coffee is horrible, we ordered cappuccinos and nothing to do with what they say they have in their advertising.
The cashiers talking on the phone and do not give a good service.
Ruta Café's coffee is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido por Didi food e incluí dos bebidas frozen, en la foto obviamente vienen con crema batida (y cuestan $10 más que las bebidas sin crema), sin embargo las enviaron simples, supuestamente porque se cobra aparte aunque en el menú no se brinda esa opción, es decir no hay forma de "comprarlas con crema batida" lo cual me parece o un fraude o más bien un pretexto de la tienda para no responder sobre un pedido mal realizado, lo que me parece lamentable en una empresa de prestigio como esa.
Cero satisfecha, no recomiendo para nada esa sucursal.
I placed an order for Didi food and included two frozen drinks, in the photo they obviously come with whipped cream (and they cost $ 10 more than the drinks without cream), however they were sent plain, supposedly because it is charged separately although in the menu it is not provided that option, that is, there is no way to "buy them with whipped cream" which seems to me to be a fraud or rather a pretext for the store not to respond to a badly placed order, which I find unfortunate in a prestigious company such as that.
Zero satisfied, I do not recommend that branch at all.
