Good quality-price ratio. The rooms are spacious and quiet, but the bathroom wasnt as clean as I wished. The staff didn't speak much English which made some things a little more complicated. We visited the hotel in January, and they did not have heating in the breakfast room, therefore we were freezing even with coats on (I never stayed longer than 15min there because I was so cold). Otherwise the breakfast is good with lots of variety. The hotel grounds aren't that big but it's spacious enough and beautiful.

Room size is decent. Environment is good, the sound isolation isn't really good so I can hear the noisy on the hallway and the sounds from next door. Will try their breakfast then edit my comments. The breakfast is really good, too. They have plenty choices and fresh cook eggs dishes. The most important thing is they switch manu everyday which surprised me. Minus point: it's about 30 minutes from here to the airport. Plus: there is a shopping mall right next to the hotel which has bar, restaurant, stores.... etc. Really convenient.

Hotel environment and location is quite good. Front desk is helpful always. But, big problem is with breakfast service. Need to beg for required orders. They don't provide food in time or sometimes they just avoid orders. Breakfast service is far below than 2 star rated hotel.

At the check in nobody asked or helped with luggage, receptionist didn't speak English and she was rude . The key had to be activated every time I try to used it. THE MANAGER WAS NEVER at the hotel

I got the junior suite. The room is amazing, it has a big size, it is comfortable, it was clean, the bed is king and very good, the bathroom is big and nice with a good bath. Everything in the room and facilities was very good. I loved it. The bad thing was the internet wifi in the room, it was pretty low. It was like 1MB till 4MB max, pretty bad for a person that wants to work from the room, it is for sure a bad thing. In the front desk and restaurant the internet connection was fast with almost 50MB for download and upload. Another bad thing was the breakfast, really poor, with little options and basically the same things everyday, which is terrible for someone staying more than two days in the hotel. I really like the hotel and recommend it, but need to point those two negative points that needs to be improved, because for some people it is really important.

Currently haven’t had a chance to stay there yet but have been trying to get in contact with the manager as we were planning on getting married and staying at this hotel. My sister in law met with them and had an appointment with the manager, but it seems the manager wasn’t able to make it to the appointment. Was told that we would be receiving an email with all the answers to our questions and has of today not received anything. This was the perfect location for our wedding but now we might have to look at other options as we needed all the details to confirm the date and send out the invitations. I’m just wondering if they might ever get back to us. We have guests flying in from Canada and the USA. It would be appreciated if someone might get back to us in regards to our wedding next August.

Terrible billing arrangements, they made me get dressed, go downstairs and pay for one meal from room service. Defeating the entire purpose of ordering in. Also got a nice unwanted "wake up" call asking me to immedialty pay for breakfast I had three days ago (when booking suposedly included breakfast). Pesima experiencia en este Hotel.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Krystal hotel before arriving in Mexico. I’m travelling around Mexico for sometime and wanted to start my trip off by giving myself a treat and staying in a nice Hotel before backpacking and staying in hostels. I arrived in the early hours and had booked an extra night so I could just head straight to my room when I arrive and relax after my long flight. I was greeted at the front desk by a nice young lady who gave me my room key and a man came and took the larger of my bags, this is when I discovered the lift was broken and I was on the top floor of my block. Arriving in my room I was a bit shocked as it was not as described, the room was not carpeted, there was no coffee machine, radio, iron and the safe does not work nor are there instructions on how to work it if it did. The toiletries supplied were used and one of the bottles was caked in old toothpaste. None of the cable channels worked properly and kept losing signal. When I arrived to breakfast on my first morning I was told my breakfast wasn’t included even though I had paid and I had to show my booking on the app and on email before I was believed, I thought showing just one of those would be good enough. Breakfast Is ok, there’s some things that I would not eat because of the temperature it’s stored at is not safe. The biggest problem with the hotel is the front desk staff. It’s almost like they actively don’t want to help you. After having a swim in the pool in the morning I went back up to my room and my room key wasn’t working. When I went to the front desk both the ladies working were on the phone, I waited till one of them was off and before I could say anything she asked me where my mask was. I explained that I was locked out and she interrupted me and told me I need my mask, I explained again that I was locked out of my room and didn’t have my mask. She then told me to move and stand in front of the plastic screen or she wouldn’t serve me. I stood where I was asked and told her she was being rude and she then threatened to not give me a new key. I lost my temper and told her that she was being unreasonable and all my stuff was in my room. Honestly this place has had zero customer service except for the cleaning staff who are lovely. I would never stay here again if you paid me, even without the incredibly rude staff and terrible facilities the location is terrible and the noise from the dual carriageway is non stop. I left a day early (even though I’d paid in full upfront for 3 nights) and went and stayed somewhere else because staying there was making me miserable.
