★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a solicitar informes y me atendió el joven Daniel, muy amable y cordial. Lamentablemente no tenían el color deseado y tuve que comprar en otra agencia pero los servicios seguramente los haré aquí.
En general los demás empleados se ven atentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi nunca tienen accesorios. Y hay que estar correteando a los vendedores para que te atiendan. Compre una RC200 y una RC390 y sin ninguna queja.
They almost never have accessories. And you have to be running around the vendors to get them to serve you. Buy an RC200 and an RC390 and without complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague el total de unas piezas que necesitaba, me dijeron que llegaban en un mes, eso el 3 de agosto de 2021, como se cambiaron de lugar fui hasta el 7 de octubre de 2021 y me dijeron que estaban en inventario que no sabían si tenían mis piezas, estuve en comunicacion con Marco Muñoz que se comprometió a darme razón lo cual si no solicitaba no me daba razón. Hasta el día 11 de noviembre de 2021 me dieron razón y me entregaron mis piezas no sin antes cobrarme el excedente siendo que yo liquide el precio que me dieron para hacer el pedido.

El quería moto deportiva no tenía ni lo del enganche. Lo apoye haciéndole un préstamo y de él dependerá si cubre la moto y el préstamo tendrá derecho a una herencia a futuro. Si no cubre moto la recogerá KTM y si no cubre el TOTAL Del préstamo será su decisión de renunciar voluntariamente A SU HERENCIA y será cobrado el pagaré firmado más intereses con abogado en cobranza judicial en su trabajo de LALA o donde se encuentre laborando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una KTM 390 en Hiperbikes Ajusco, después la lleve a su primer servicio a KTM CUERNAVACA, donde me atendieron bien ese día, al tener problemas con el freno trasero intente volverme a comunicar con ellos y no hay manera, del servicio igual tengo mis dudas que lo hayan hecho como se debe.
KTM tiene increíbles motos pero su servicio es el peor.
I bought a KTM 390 at Hiperbikes Ajusco, then I took it to its first service at KTM CUERNAVACA, where they treated me well that day, having problems with the rear brake I tried to contact them again and there is no way, about the service I still have my doubts that they have done it properly.
KTM has amazing bikes but their service is the worst.
