M	Mecánica Pro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia al llamar por refacciones, llevaba más de 15 minutos esperando con una grabación diciendo,,, asesor de refacciones ocupado, nuestro expertos están ocupados, no desesperes y que yo era el 2do en espera, ya cuando estaba yo como el primero en espera, seguía le misma grabación de asesores ocupados ....etc, y también proporcionan un número de whats app, pero de ido marcar para tener una respuesta más personalizada, ya como último. Pues se corta la llamada, de coraje volví a marcar de inmediato y fue inútil con la rapidez que aplique al marcar, volví a ser el 2do en espera,.... Eso me dijo KTM Toluca, en fin he tenido mala experiencia en FERBEL Satélite con su personal y OJO si compran algo ahí, coticen primero en otra KTM y Nooo se dejen de esos rateros. No hay información clara, únicamente es posponer las fechas de plazos. El asesor creyendo que me está haciendo un favor al venderme, como si le hubiera pedido regalada una moto. Me han tardado para devolverme $1,000 y que agradezco que no fue mayor el importe. El encargado alias Eduardo Cuevas, no contesta las llamadas y me dejo en visto. En fin, KTM FERBEL es CERO recomendable.
