Me quitaron completamente las ganas de comprar la moto ahí, tuve que irme a Saltillo dónde me trataron mejor.
Terrible customer service. I was hanging around the store for a long time until someone deigned to even say good morning to me.
They completely took away my desire to buy the motorcycle there, I had to go to Saltillo where they treated me better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima y nula atención al cliente. Casi casi uno les tiene que pedir de favor que le hagan una cotización de una moto (y lentísimos para hacerlo, por cierto).
Las instalaciones y acomodo de accesorios están OK.
Me parece una lástima que sean los únicos representantes de KTM en Nuevo León.
Terrible and zero customer service. Almost almost one has to ask them to please make a quote for a motorcycle (and very slow to do so, by the way).
The facilities and arrangement of accessories are OK.
I think it's a shame that they are the only KTM representatives in Nuevo León.

Bad customer service, no one ever approached me or to say hello, I had to buy my motorcycle at KTM Motoplacextreme on Lázaro Cardenas there they treated me wonderfully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud del vendedor, en este tipo de negocios muchas veces el dueño no es consciente de esto por que el que va a comprar una KTM ya sabe que moto quiere y sabe que solo hay dos opciones en Monterrey, están contentos con las ventas actuales y creen que todo esta bien en su negocio pero tener a un vendedor de este tipo sin ningún interés en resolver dudas, dar información o pasión por las motos que vende es un gran error…
Terrible attitude of the seller, in this type of business many times the owner is not aware of this because the one who is going to buy a KTM already knows what motorcycle he wants and knows that there are only two options in Monterrey, they are happy with the current sales and They believe that everything is fine in their business, but having a seller of this type without any interest in answering questions, giving information or passion for the motorcycles he sells is a big mistake...
