★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la agencia KTM LERMA, mi moto lleva desde el 18 de noviembre del 2021 el taller por tema de garantía y el gerente y Bernardino que recibe las motos solo se la pasan diciendo que no hay refacciones en Austria, no puede ser que se sigan vendiendo unidades 2021 o hasta 2022 pero no hay refacciones para una unidad 2020.
Nadie da ninguna solución, ojalá pudieran contactarme.
Ya trate de llegar a una solución con el gerente y fácil me ofreció 80 mil por mi moto con la condición de acompletar y comprar otra unidad ahí mismo, porque no hay reembolso del dinero
Obviamente no voy a perder 30 mil pesos por errores que llevan cometiendo con mi moto desde la primera vez que entro por tema de garantía.
Primero junta de la cabeza, después juntas de clutch y estator y ahora resulta que cilindro y pistón ?????

 Terrible attention from the KTM LERMA agency, my motorcycle has been in the workshop since November 18, 2021 due to warranty issues and the manager and Bernardino who receive the motorcycles only keep saying that there are no spare parts in Austria, it cannot be that 2021 units continue to be sold or until 2022 but there are no spare parts for a 2020 unit.
