No son responsables de coordinarse con el personal. No los recomiendo para nada, si pagas un mes por adelantado y quieres cancelar el servicio por enfermedad de tu mascota, no te devuelven el efectivo, solo usando sus servicios, para que lo consideren. Although I paid for my pet to come on Saturdays at the same time, notifying by phone or prior message, I had to wait more than 10 minutes at the door for my pet to be received. J	Jorge Garza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé a mi perro en éste lugar durante 2 semanas aproximadamente, y terminando este lapso cuando fuí a recoger a mi perro de nuevo estaba muy deprimido y flaco, como si no hubiera comido en días, estaba triste y muy desganado, siendo que ya lo había dejado en otras ocasiones en otros "Hoteles para perros" y en ninguno de los anteriores hubo ningún problema. Al parecer no trataron como se debe, de una manera correcta a mi mascota y por eso pongo esta calificación. No recomiendo éste lugar. I left my dog in this place for approximately 2 weeks, and at the end of this period when I went to pick up my dog again he was very depressed and skinny, as if he had not eaten in days, he was sad and very listless, being that he had already eaten Left on other occasions in other "Dog Hotels" and in none of the previous ones there were any problems. Apparently they did not treat my pet properly, in a correct way and that is why I put this rating. I do not recommend this place.

Lo malo, aunque te ofrecen enviar fotos y videos del estado de tu perro no lo hacían de manera formal y oportuna por lo que lo tuvimos que solicitarlo en varias ocasiones.
