★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un credito con ellos y muy bien la verdad solo que últimamente todavía ni es tu fecha de pago y te hostigan con llamadas y mensajes, peor aun le marcan a tus referencias para decirles que te comuniques con ellos (kubo), que se supone que son datos privados y no tienen autorización para compartir esa información
 I have a credit with them and the truth is very good, only lately it's not even your payment date yet and they harass you with calls and messages, worse still they mark your references to tell them to contact them (kubo), which is supposed to they are private data and they are not authorized to share that information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo realmente pésimo servicio al cliente, tuve que venir a sus oficinas porque no contestan ni por celular, correo o Whatsapp, al app no función y tengo mi dinero ahí estancado, llevo esperando mas de 30 min y nadie me atiende no hay gente mas que yo y los trabajadores y nada mas no veo solución, no pierdas aquí tu tiempo!!!!
Lousy really lousy customer service, I had to come to their offices because they don't answer by cell phone, email or Whatsapp, the app doesn't work and I have my money stuck there, I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes and no one answers me there are no more people than me and the workers and nothing else I see no solution, do not waste your time here!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia usando su tarjeta de débito. La transacción fue fallida, sin embargo, el monto fue cobrado. Desde el 04 de enero de 2022 esperando una solución y nada. La desorganizacion es impresionante, entre áreas no se comunican, los asesores con la mano en la cintura te dicen NO PUEDO AYUDARTE, nadie te contesta y mientras, pues ellos siguen trabajando tu dinero... es horrible la situación por la que estoy pasando y peor, que en kubo no tienen la empatia que tanto presumen en sus redes sociales.
Terrible experience using their debit card. The transaction was unsuccessful, however, the amount was collected. Since January 04, 2022 waiting for a solution and nothing. The disorganization is impressive, between areas they don't communicate, the advisors with their hands on their hips tell you I CAN'T HELP YOU, nobody answers you and meanwhile, well, they keep working your money... the situation I'm going through is horrible and worse, that in kubo they do not have the empathy that they boast so much in their social networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenté invertir con ellos y la verdad todo el proceso ha sido poco claro y pareciera que a propósito lo hacen confuso. Ahora estoy intentando cancelar mi cuenta y tampoco me lo permiten. La verdad me parecen muy poco confiables e incluso estafadores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando pedí mi préstamo hace un par de meses tenía pánico porque era la primera vez que pedía un préstamo.
La verdad es que leí muchas referencias negativas en un principio y por el estrés de mi situación decidí hacerlo de todos modos! Y no, resulta que todo lo que leí era mentira. Al menos en mi caso, los de atención a cliente por la web me respondían en segundo, y jamás hubo cargos fantasmas no nada.
Lo ÚNICO malo son que los intereses son muy altos deberían de trabajar en ello, pero la verdad no me afecto mucho porque desde el mes 0 abone al capital y pague una suma muy decente por el préstamo. El SECRETO ESTÁ ABONAR AL CAPITAL! Y SER PUNTUAL CON LOS PAGOS.
When I applied for my loan a couple of months ago I was panicking because it was the first time I had applied for a loan.
The truth is that I read many negative references in the beginning and because of the stress of my situation I decided to do it anyway! And no, it turns out that everything I read was a lie. At least in my case, the customer service people on the web responded to me in seconds, and there were never any phantom charges or anything.
The ONLY bad thing is that the interests are very high, they should work on it, but the truth is that it did not affect me much because from month 0 I paid the principal and paid a very decent amount for the loan. The SECRET IS TO PAY THE CAPITAL! AND BE PUNCTUAL WITH PAYMENTS.
