★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent shopping mall. Very clean and very well maintained. Whilst they're under construction in some of the areas right now, they have kept the construction well-hidden and the main areas of the mall are fully operational and very very clean. I also like that they have clearly visible armed security guards in some of the higher end shops. People are very nice here and very friendly. Ain't tequila Grill Restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. I give the shopping mall 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (12/2019)I upped my rating this year despite fewer stores. It's been renovated and you get much better deals here than at other malls. It's a more traditional mall than than other malls (I remember going here in 1993 - it was about the only option other than the markets) and it has a grocery store with a good variety of items and prices. The service is better and the people nicer. CHECK PRICES HERE FIRST before going to the other malls.
(12/2017)My favorite part of this mall is the grocery store up stairs. Other than that it's about what you would expect from a mall in Cancun. La Isla is north a short distance and across the street. It has more variety (and obnoxious activities vendors).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful plaza/mall. We only went there to visit the Harley store for bike rentals. I'm case your interested, they had 7 available models available. Some Harleys, 2 Beamers and another brand I hadn't heard of. (Sorry, don't remember the brand) They ranged from $220 to $360/day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place it's pretty sad. it looks like he never got off the ground after completion. Clearly the Covid situation did not help. We go there simply to the go to the Soriana supermarket, but the shopping center is in pretty bad shape. Hardly any stores open, escalators are out of service, and it smells like raw sewage inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful mall but it is pretty much empty. Prices are very high in comparison to other areas for the same items. And the retailers were not as friendly to us as other mall staff. Some nice stores though.
